The Apuseni mountains offer not only beauty, but also a rich collection of medicinal plants which are rare in the rest of Europe and hard to find even in other parts of Transylvania. Join us on a herbal walk during the weekend, a small excursion where you can enjoy the beauty of the surroundings and learn about plants. You ca. familiarize yourself in a friendly group with some of the most versatile herbs that grow in the area.
The course will be taught by Zsuzsi, with a certificate in herbalism from Civitas/Ceres (Weleda) and member of the Transylvanian Herb Garden. Welcome to a world of herbs and green magic in the realm of the Transylvanian mountains and forest!
Dates: July 21-22
Food and lodging: Food and lodging at the organic art ranch with possibilities to have a private room with bathroom. Food will be mostly vegetarian food and traditionally made local food from ingredients grown on and around the farm. The food is home made and locally produced supporting our secluded community in the mountains.
