Cob throwing summer event. Ecological construction workshop

Mixing cob on a sunny August day

We had a great time last year during our ecological construction workshop of 2013. Due to its success and the requests we have received, we have decided to continue our ecological construction workshops this year as well, in 2014. We welcome you to our interactive, hands on cob throwing event. This is a drop in workshop, where you can come according to your own schedule and try how it is to work with cob. Our drop in workshop means that you can stay from a minimum of five days up to as long as you can in order to participate in the event and get the most out of throwing cob. The workshop offers a practical experience in dealing with cob, but you can also learn the theoretical part of building with earth.

Learning to build with cob will not only be a step towards a more natural lifestyle, but it will also make you able to fix and build your own beautiful, natural and affordable home and get you one step closer to a self-sufficient life. You can enjoy your holiday with us in the midst of nature, and learn about natural building techniques. The evenings will be spent sharing knowledge and experiences as well as playing music around the campfire in a multicultural group setting.
